Role Description The Implementation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end software implementation projects for clients using the People Foundry platform. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, configuring and deploying software solutions, running product demonstrations, and coordinating onboarding and training sessions for client teams. The Implementation Specialist monitors adoption, resolves technical and process-related issues, and collaborates closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth go-live and ongoing platform optimization. The role also involves documenting implementation workflows, gathering feedback to improve implementation practices, and supporting high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to understand client workflows, interpret data, and optimize implementation processes.
Experience with software implementation, including configuration, deployment, testing, and end-user training.
Customer service and customer satisfaction skills to foster positive client relationships and ensure successful platform adoption.
Clear and professional communication skills for engaging with clients, documenting requirements, and collaborating with internal teams.
Prior experience in SaaS or HRTech platforms, talent solutions, or implementation consulting is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working with basic technical tools, CRMs, and ticketing or project management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
