Experience: 3–5 Years
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: GM HR
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & manpower planning
• Employee onboarding & documentation
• Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
• Employee relations & grievance handling
• HR policies & statutory compliance
• Training, engagement & performance management
• HR MIS & employee records
Skills:
• MBA/PGDM in HR
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR MIS & payroll
