We are looking for a Software Test Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to become a part of our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, executing, and managing tests for software applications. A background in testing applications developed using ASP.Net, C#.Net, HTML5, Javascript, Jquery, CSS, and MS SQL will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and develop effective test strategies.
Design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
Identify, log, and track software defects using a bug-tracking system.
Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve software issues.
Ensure that the software meets the highest quality standards before release.
Participate in code review sessions to understand the functionality and provide testing feedback.
Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Constantly communicate with product stakeholders (project manager, client, and peers) on testing progress.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in software testing.
Proficiency in test design and execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
Knowledge of ASP.Net, C#.Net, HTML5, Javascript, Jquery, CSS, and MS SQL is advantageous.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
