Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Digital Services Coordinator. The selected candidate will oversee digital operations and coordinate a range of tasks including content management, client communications, monitoring digital platforms, and implementing technology solutions. They will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of financial service offerings, develop digital workflows, and optimize processes to meet organizational goals efficiently. Additional responsibilities may include troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of new online tools and digital / web services to benefit the company serve its clients.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Digital Tools, Digital Operations, and Workflow Coordination
Experience with Data Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Financial Technology Solutions
Skill in Client Communication, Project Management, and Cross-Team Collaboration
Proficiency in content management and maintaining digital platforms
Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and market trends
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
Familiarity with mutual fund systems or experience as a distributor is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Functional knowledge of computer, social media, emailing, Excel etc are essential
