About the job
We are seeking a Senior Child Psychologist (5+ years experience) to lead the Psychological Health vertical of our child development platform.
This role is responsible for designing adaptive, personalized, and non-invasive psychological screening and intervention frameworks for children and adolescents (8–18 years), while supervising and mentoring a team of psychologists.
The role blends clinical depth, developmental sensitivity, and product thinking, ensuring that psychological wellbeing is addressed in a safe, ethical, non-clinical, and strengths-based manner at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the Psychology team, providing clinical guidance, quality oversight, and professional mentorship.
Apply deep understanding of child and adolescent psychological development, including emotional regulation, behavior, self-esteem, and social functioning.
Design non-invasive, child-safe psychological screening models using observational, projective, and questionnaire-based approaches.
Build adaptive and personalized intervention frameworks aligned with developmental stage, emotional needs, and contextual factors.
Translate psychological insights into AI-ready interpretation logic, decision pathways, and personalization rules.
Ensure all psychological outputs are ethical, non-pathologizing, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive.
Collaborate with pediatric, cognitive, and physical wellness teams to ensure holistic alignment across domains.
Review reports, interventions, and communication to maintain parental trust and child safety.
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical / Child / Developmental Psychology) from a recognized institution.
5–7 years of experience working with children and adolescents in clinical, school, or developmental settings.
