Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Officer - US Accounting

Working Hours: 3 PM to 12PM
Job Description
Vendor/AP Bill Processing.
Bank entries and reconciliation.
AP/AR review and reconciliation.
Accounting and Bookkeeping entries.
Recording Prepaid, Accrual, Depreciation and other month end entries.
Work with US team to seek information and resolve accounting issues.
Preparing timely and accurate MIS reports.
Adhere to defined procedure and maintain internal documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Communication Skills
Good in MS Excel.
Attentive to details.
Self-motivation and willingness to work in a small team.
Willing to learn and apply mind.
Problem Solving
Compensation based on experience.
Experience in Oracle Netsuite, Quickbooks is preferred
2 Years of experience in overseas accounting needed
