Role & Responsibilities
As our HR + People Manager, you will own and strengthen the complete people function at DeepLabs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Handle HR operations, documentation, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records
Drive performance management, feedback, and employee development
Build capability, learning, and leadership development initiatives
Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention
Develop and implement HR policies and processes
Support employee relations and workplace concerns
Track key people metrics and provide insights to leadership
Build University relationships for hiring Process
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
Knowledge of HR policies, HRIS, payroll coordination, and Indian statutory compliance
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment
