Role Description
Tour Executive – Operations & Client Servicing
Location: Delhi (Rajendra Place)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: Degree in Travel & Tourism / Tourism Management – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Handle tour files end-to-end, from enquiry and quotation to tour completion.
Prepare customized domestic and international itineraries, quotations and costing sheets.
Coordinate and book hotels, transport, guides, sightseeing and other travel services.
Compare hotel rates across TBO/B2B portals and direct hotel contracts to secure competitive rates.
Negotiate with hotels and transport suppliers to maintain service quality and improve margins.
Coordinate visa documentation and processing requirements for clients, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Prepare vouchers, confirmations, final itineraries and other travel documentation.
Coordinate with accounts, hotels and suppliers for payments and confirmations.
Handle amendments, cancellations and operational issues efficiently.
Maintain updated hotel/supplier rates and proper records of tour files.
Candidate Requirements
Degree in Travel & Tourism / Tourism Management – Mandatory.
2–4 years' experience with a travel agency, tour operator or DMC preferred.
Good knowledge of tour operations, hotel bookings, costing and itinerary preparation.
Comfortable with Excel, TBO/B2B travel portals and online booking systems.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong communication, negotiation and client-servicing skills.
Knowledge of Amadeus/GDS is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Japanese language is an added advantage.
Organized, commercially aware and able to independently take ownership of assigned tour files.
