Role Description The Surveyor role at Dr Ruby'z Homoeo Care is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The Surveyor is responsible for visiting designated locations, engaging with patients or community members, and collecting accurate data through structured surveys and interviews. Day-to-day tasks include explaining survey objectives, recording responses clearly, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring data is submitted in a timely manner. The role involves coordinating with clinic staff, preparing basic reports or summaries of findings, and identifying trends or issues that can help improve patient services. The Surveyor is expected to follow established procedures, meet daily and weekly targets, and represent the clinic professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct field surveys, interviews, and data collection with attention to accuracy and detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with patients and community members.
Basic data entry and documentation skills; familiarity with using paper forms or digital tools for recording information.
Good organizational and time-management skills to plan visits, meet targets, and submit reports on schedule.
Comfort working on-site in Kozhikode and traveling locally as required for survey activities.
Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; additional training in statistics, public health, or social work is an advantage.
Fluency in local language(s) and functional proficiency in English for reporting and communication with clinic staff.
Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct, and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
