About the Role
We are looking for Generalists to contribute to projects focused on training and improving next-generation AI systems. The role involves analyzing data, evaluating AI-generated responses, providing high-quality written feedback, and completing research and reasoning-based tasks across different topics.
Prior AI experience is not required. Candidates with strong critical thinking, communication, and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
Role Responsibilities
Analyze, evaluate, and annotate different types of data for AI training and validation.
Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and quality.
Provide clear and structured written feedback based on project guidelines.
Complete research, reasoning, and problem-solving tasks across multiple domains.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in model outputs.
Follow detailed guidelines and quality standards consistently.
Collaborate remotely and communicate findings effectively.

Preferred Skills
Previous experience in data annotation, data labeling, content review, research, QA, AI evaluation, or similar work is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools or AI training projects is beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience working in remote or digital-first environments.
