Role Description The User Experience Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered experiences across FitNambi’s web and mobile platforms. Day-to-day activities include conducting user research, translating insights into user flows and wireframes, creating prototypes, and collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine features. The role involves applying design thinking methods to solve complex interaction problems, crafting visual designs that align with the brand, and iterating based on user feedback and analytics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and scalable design solutions.
Qualifications
Ability to apply Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles to create user-centered solutions.
Strong User Research skills, including conducting interviews, usability testing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
Proficiency in Visual Design, with experience in layout, typography, color, and creating design systems or style guides.
Hands-on experience with Prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience designing for web and mobile products, ideally in tech or sports/fitness-focused platforms.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with front-end capabilities and constraints, and working closely with engineering teams during implementation.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work, from research and concept development to final visual design and shipped products.
