We are hiring for the position of Revit BIM Modeler for one of the sister companies, namely United BIM, to work on US based projects –residential buildings/Commercial Buildings/Healthcare buildings/Educational buildings etc.
Job Location:
• Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)
Shift Timings:
• Morning (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM) or Evening (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM)
• Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Working)
• Work from office only
Responsibilities:
• Hands on working knowledge in Revit Software
• Use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to perform design task
• Produce shop drawings as per details given by clients/ team leader/ engineer
• Able to meet tight deadlines and can handle projects in team as well as individually
• Should have firm knowledge from LOD 100 to 500
• Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement
• Coordinate 3D models to resolve collisions with other disciplines using Navisworks
• Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations
• Making sure quality standards and checklists are followed for every project
Skills Required:
• 1-4 years experience in BIM projects
• Bachelor/Master/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• Experience of using Autodesk AEC package - AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc.
• Ability to do QC and read architectural drawings
