This is a full-time on-site Work-from-Office role located in Noida. The role will be two-pronged ie managing HR functions as well as Recruitment.
Qualifications
MBA (HR)
Tech and non-Tech Recruitment and HR Management skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
Experience of working in a Tech startup will be a great plus
