Role Description The Sales Expert L1 – Work From Home (Freshers) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the individual will engage with potential and existing customers, explain NoBroker.com’s services, and guide them through property-related decisions to drive successful conversions. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams when needed, and meeting defined sales and performance targets. Training and support will be provided to help new team members quickly adapt to the company’s processes and tools.
