Location: Bidadi, Ramanagara – Bangalore
Experience: 10+ Years
Company: Product-Based Company
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Handle L3 support, complex incident analysis, and bug fixes.
OpenText VIM workflow design & configuration
OpenText integration setup
Troubleshooting ArchiveLink
Enhancement of document validation rules
Perform RCA for automation failures.
Support testing, UAT, training, cutover & post-go-live/hypercare
Experience with Problem Management & Technical Design Proposals
Strong understanding of SAP VIM / SAP workflow processes
