📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Baner, Pune (Temporary for 1 Month) → Shivaji Nagar, Pune (Permanent)

For the first month, the selected candidate will be required to commute to our Baner, Pune office.
After one month, the role will permanently shift to our newly acquired office in Shivaji Nagar, Pune, where the candidate will be based going forward.

✔ Counsel prospective students regarding study opportunities in Italy
✔ Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programmes
✔ Follow up with company-generated leads
✔ Conduct video counselling sessions and office consultations
✔ Build strong relationships with students and parents
✔ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
✔ Convert enquiries into successful enrolments
✔ Achieve monthly sales and performance targets
👤 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
We're looking for candidates with:
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities
✅ A goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
✅ A passion for sales and career growth
Candidates with experience in Education Counselling, Study Abroad, EdTech, Real Estate, Hospitality, or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
