We are a growing company focused on efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and reliable logistics. We are looking for an organized and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team.
Role Description
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Lead, train, and coordinate warehouse staff.
Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and regular stock counts.
Ensure goods are properly received, stored, labeled, and handled.
Coordinate deliveries and shipments with suppliers and logistics teams.
Maintain accurate stock records and daily warehouse reports.
Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure order accuracy.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
Good knowledge of inventory and stock control.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and WMS knowledge.
Good communication skills in English.
Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
