We are hiring a Structural Analysis Engineer for one of our premium clients.
📌 Position: Structural Analysis Engineer
📌 Experience: 9–12 Years
📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
🔑 Basic Qualifications & Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Applied Mechanics / Structural Engineering
• 9–12 years of strong experience in Stress Analysis
• Strong experience in Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA) is mandatory and highly preferred
• Experience in Stress Liaison & Concession Analysis for various production non-conformances
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple products, locations, and external partners
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical reports and proposals
• Proficiency in English and MS Office tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work successfully in high-pressure, time-constrained environments
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and partners to achieve project and departmental objectives
