Role - Senior AI/ML Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI application architecture, and modern software engineering practices. The role involves leading AI initiatives, mentoring engineering teams, and delivering scalable AI solutions integrated into web and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop AI-powered enterprise applications using modern AI frameworks and APIs.
· Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions.
· Build intelligent applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and vector databases.
· Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders to convert business problems into AI-driven solutions.
· Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
· Guide and mentor engineering teams through technical leadership, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
· Drive AI adoption across products by identifying automation and intelligence opportunities.
· Ensure high-quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable software.
· Participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
· Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
AI & Machine Learning
· 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI development.
· Strong experience with:
o Large Language Models (LLMs)
o Generative AI
o Prompt Engineering
o Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
o AI Agents
· Experience integrating AI APIs such as:
o OpenAI
o Azure OpenAI
o Google Gemini
o Anthropic Claude
· Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications.
· Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and AI application architecture.
· Knowledge of AI model evaluation, prompt optimization, and AI safety best practices.
Educational Qualification
· B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
