Key Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end architectures for data ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
• Architect data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouses using platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Redshift.
• Define AI/ML architectures covering model training, feature stores, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Build and guide scalable real-time and batch pipelines using Kafka, Spark, Flink, Airflow, and dbt.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for analytics and ML use cases.
• Establish data standards, security, governance, quality, compliance, and architectural guardrails.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs.
• Lead architectural reviews and provide technical guidance during project execution.
• Evaluate cloud services, platforms, and tools for Data & AI initiatives.
• Design architectures for scalability, performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement MLOps/ModelOps practices including CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, logging, and versioning.

• Pipeline Orchestration: Airflow and dbt
• ML Tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and MLflow
• Governance & Lineage: Collibra and Alation experience preferred
Soft Skills
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving mindset focused on scalable, future-proof design.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing enterprise-grade AI platforms.
• Certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with data governance, lineage, security, and regulatory requirements.
