We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Full-Time | On-Site | Pune)
Thinkster is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
• Design high-quality creatives for social media, ads, banners, and digital campaigns
• Create branding materials including logos, brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align visuals with brand goals
• Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh creative ideas to projects
• Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
What We’re Looking For
• 3-7 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW or Canva is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain consistency across brand assets
Bonus Points
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing strategies
