Role Description The Programme Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The Programme Manager will oversee planning, implementation, and monitoring of education, women empowerment, and skill development projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and donor commitments. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with field teams, community stakeholders, and partners, supervising project timelines and budgets, and preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The role involves designing and refining programme frameworks, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting impact assessments and evaluations. The Programme Manager will also contribute to proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of programme quality and reach.
Qualifications
Strong programme management abilities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for multi-site projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with communities, partners, and internal teams.
Experience in the social sector, preferably in education, women empowerment, skill development, or community development.
Proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and use of digital tools (MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software).
Ability to lead and mentor teams, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems in dynamic field environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Education, Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks, impact measurement, and donor reporting processes.
Comfort working on-site in South Delhi with regular visits to project locations as required.
