About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Coimbatore.
The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential customers through cold calling, understand their requirements, explain our products and services, and convert leads into customers.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who are interested in Sales, Business Development, Customer Communication, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Explain our products and services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert leads into successful customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain customer and lead information.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum Any Degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, or Marketing is an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to confidently speak with customers over the phone.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.
Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
