About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our potential clients, providing them with project information and handling their inquiries with professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Handle client inquiries, provide project explanations, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Lead Management: Effectively manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
Calling & Communication: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, present project offerings, and handle customer queries efficiently.
Sales Coordination: Support the senior sales team in closing deals and managing customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Gujarati is mandatory to communicate effectively with local clients.
Personality: An energetic, tech-savvy individual with a well-groomed and professional appearance.
Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a customer-oriented approach.
