The Admissions Executive will be responsible for promoting MAI Institute of Hotel Management and its academic programs across Zone-1: Goa, Sindhudurg, and Zone-2: Belgaum, Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, and Nashik. The role involves institutional visits, school and junior college presentations, career counselling, education fairs, student engagement, digital lead generation, and conversion of prospective students into admissions for Bachelor's Degree and Diploma programs.
The position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education marketing, extensive travel, and the ability to build long-term relationships with schools, educational institutions, parents, and students.
Responsibilities
1. Student Recruitment & Admissions
• Generate admissions for Bachelor's Degree programs in Hotel Management.
• Generate admissions for Diploma and Certificate programs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
• Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Hospitality and Tourism.
• Guide applicants through the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment.
2. Institutional Promotion
Promote MAI Institute of Hotel Management in:
• Goa
• Sindhudurg District
• Belgaum
• Kolhapur
• Sangli
• Satara
• Nashik
Conduct seminars and career guidance sessions in:
• Higher Secondary Schools
• Junior Colleges
• Degree Colleges
• Coaching Institutes
• Skill Development Centres
Arrange institutional presentations and awareness programs.
3. School & College Relations
• Develop strong relationships with:
• Principals
• Career Counsellors
• Teachers
• Managements
• Maintain an updated database of educational institutions.
• Schedule annual promotional visits.
• Organise campus visits for prospective students.
4. Events & Outreach
Represent the institute in:
• Education Fairs
• Career Exhibitions
• Admission Drives
• Open Houses
• Hospitality Workshops
• Organise hospitality awareness programs.
• Coordinate career counselling camps
5.Marketing & Lead Generation
Generate qualified admission leads through:
• Institutional visits
• Digital enquiries
• Referrals
• Alumni network
• Social media campaigns
Maintain enquiry records in CRM/Admission software.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
6. Admission Counselling
Explain admission process for each course, eligibility, Career opportunities, Internship opportunities,
Placement support, Scholarships, Fees structures; Assist students with documentation and application submission.
7. Digital Promotion
Promote institute activities through:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube
• WhatsApp
• LinkedIn
• Generate online enquiries.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team.
8.Reporting & Documentation
Submit:
• Daily Visit Reports
• Weekly Progress Reports
• Monthly Admission Reports
• Lead Conversion Reports
• Travel Reports
• Maintain a database of enquiries and admissions.
9. Travel Responsibilities
The position requires extensive travel throughout:
Goa, Sindhudurg, Belgaum, Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Nashik
Frequent overnight travel may be required.

Compensation
• Fixed Salary (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
