Inside Sales Executive / BDR
ExeLance IT is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive / BDR to join our team in Surat.
If you are confident in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, lead generation and client communication, this could be the right opportunity for you.
What you’ll do:
Research and identify potential B2B clients
Find decision-makers and relevant stakeholders
Generate and manage qualified leads
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, Email & Calls
Qualify leads and schedule meetings
Maintain follow-ups and prospect records
Work with the sales team to achieve targets.
What we’re looking for:
1–3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / SDR / BDR
Strong outbound prospecting experience
IT Services / Software / SaaS / AI / Digital Solutions experience is preferred
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable communicating with business decision-makers
📍 Location: Surat (Prefer Surat based local candidate)
