Role Description This Quality Engineer internship role is a hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Interns will support day-to-day quality engineering activities, including assisting in the design and execution of test plans, identifying defects, and validating product features against defined requirements. The role involves working closely with engineering and product teams to monitor product quality, document issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Interns will help implement quality assurance practices, participate in reviews of quality metrics, and support quality control checks throughout the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
Ability to apply Quality Engineering and Quality Management principles to software and product development.
Skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for testing, defect tracking, and process validation.
Understanding of Product Quality, including performance, reliability, and user experience considerations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Familiarity with software testing concepts, test case design, and basic automation tools is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Interest in Agri-Food, sustainability, or climate tech; prior exposure to blockchain or SaaS products is a plus.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
