Talend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Talend Developer to own the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data integration solutions. You will lead a team of Talend developers, ensure high-quality data pipelines, and work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and platform teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and enforce data integration standards, architecture, and best practices
Own end-to-end delivery, including planning, prioritization, and release management
Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance
Ensure robust error handling, monitoring, logging, and production support
Implement data quality, validation, governance, and security controls
Mentor and guide Talend developers, acting as the technical escalation point
Collaborate with business, architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams
Manage and resolve complex production issues, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in Talend Data Integration
Mandatory experience with Talend Data Integration (DI) module
Hands-on experience with Talend Open Studio, Talend Data Integration, and Talend ESB
Strong proficiency in designing and developing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Talend
Expertise in relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, with strong ability to write complex SQL queries
Hands-on experience working with XML and JSON
Solid understanding of data architectures, data integration patterns, and methodologies
Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in Scrum methodology
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts
Good to have: Experience with APIs
