HR Executive – Recruiter
Location: Iskcon, Ahmedabad | Work from Office
Experience: 6 months - 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Manage candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave, employee records, and day-to-day HR activities.
Assist in employee engagement and implementation of HR policies.
Requirements:
Graduate or Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months - 2 years of experience in Recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
