Senior Site Supervisor

Job Description:
GSM Doors is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Site Supervisor to oversee interior execution and ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day to day site activities and interior work.
Manage and coordinate site teams, workers, contractors, and vendors.
Handle installation and execution of doors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior works.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved designs and specifications.
Monitor material usage, workmanship, and project progress.
Coordinate with clients, designers, and the internal team.
Resolve site related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of doors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior work.
Good site supervision and team handling skills.
Strong coordination and communication abilities.
Ability to manage labour and multiple site activities effectively.
Salary: ₹35,000+ per month, based on experience and skills.
