Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and supporting the employee lifecycle and HR operations at Lumestea Innovex Pvt. Ltd. Day-to-day tasks include handling recruitment activities, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding and orientation processes. The role involves maintaining HR records, assisting with payroll inputs, managing attendance and leave data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The Human Resources Executive will also support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, HR communication, and respond to HR-related queries from team members. Collaboration with leadership and department heads to address staffing needs and contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment and talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Experience in HR operations such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, attendance and leave management, and payroll support.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance, with the ability to apply them in day-to-day HR practices.
Competence in employee relations, performance management support, and organizing engagement and training activities.
Proficiency with HR software, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools; comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently while collaborating across teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR role within IT or digital services is an advantage.
