About OneRx
OneRx is a medical AI platform for evidence summary for clinicians. Doctors use it to find and review published evidence from trusted sources in one place. We are building a platform that clinicians trust, and compliance is central to that trust.
About the role
We are looking for a senior consultant with hands on UCPMP experience to review and guide how we communicate with doctors and how third party scientific content is presented on the platform. This is an advisory engagement with a defined scope and timeline. Detailed scope will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
What you will do
Review communication directed at clinicians against the Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices, with specific attention to Clause 6 (Continuing Medical Education) and Clause 7 (Research).
Identify what is permitted, what is not, and what needs to change, with a clear rationale for each.
Define practical rules for how sponsored scientific and educational content should be labelled, positioned and separated from clinical content.
Review draft creatives, banners, emails, WhatsApp messages and in platform content, and provide clear approve, reject or revise decisions.
Write a concise compliance framework and checklist that our content and product teams can apply on their own after the engagement ends.
Advise on documentation and approval workflows that would stand up to internal and external scrutiny.
Participate in two to three working sessions with the team and respond to ad hoc questions during the engagement period.
Who fits this role
8+ years of experience in pharma compliance, regulatory affairs, medical affairs or medical legal regulatory (MLR) review, within a pharma company, a compliance function or a specialist agency.
Direct experience applying UCPMP to communication directed at doctors, including CME, digital and scientific content.
Experience reviewing promotional and non promotional material and defining the line between the two.
Familiarity with NMC professional conduct regulations as they apply to interactions between industry and doctors.
Working knowledge of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act as it relates to healthcare communication is useful, not required.
Experience with digital platforms, health tech or digital scientific engagement programmes is an advantage.
Ability to give a clear decision and explain it in a few lines. We are looking for judgment, not a memo.
Comfortable working with a small, fast moving team and responding within agreed turnaround times.
