Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Krishnagiri. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes. The HR Manager will handle HR policies, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage payroll coordination in partnership with finance. Daily responsibilities include addressing employee queries, resolving workplace concerns, supporting managers with staffing and performance issues, and implementing HR initiatives that support retention and development. The role also involves planning training programs, conducting HR analytics and reporting, and contributing to organizational culture and change management.
Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Experience in performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives to support a positive work environment.
Knowledge of HR operations including payroll coordination, HR documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Solid understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies applicable in India.
Ability to design and implement training and development programs, including identifying skill gaps and tracking outcomes.
Proficiency in HR software or HRIS, MS Office tools, and basic HR analytics for reporting and decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and staff at all levels.
Proven ability to manage confidential information, exercise sound judgment, and resolve conflicts in a fair and objective manner.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings, is beneficial.
