📍 Position
Developer Growth Executive (Business Development)
Location: Baner, Pune (Field + Office)
What You'll Do
✅ Connect with real estate developers across Pune
✅ Schedule and conduct partnership meetings
✅ Present the VerifiedPlots partnership program
✅ Onboard new premium plotting projects
✅ Coordinate project documentation and listings
✅ Build long-term developer relationships
✅ Follow up with buyer inquiries and schedule site visits
✅ Work closely with the founder to grow the business
We're Looking For
1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Real Estate, Sales, or Partnerships
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Self-motivated with a startup mindset
Comfortable with field meetings and client presentations
Knowledge of Pune's real estate market is an advantage
