UI/UX Designer – SaaS Product
Location: Bengaluru / Remote (India)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing user experiences for our enterprise SaaS platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Business stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into elegant user experiences.
The ideal candidate understands B2B SaaS products, design systems, usability principles, and has experience designing responsive web applications.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience
Conduct user research and understand customer workflows.
Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Simplify complex enterprise workflows into intuitive experiences.
Validate designs through usability testing and stakeholder feedback.
User Interface
Design modern, responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Create pixel-perfect UI aligned with product branding.
Build reusable components and maintain a scalable design system.
Ensure consistency across all modules of the product.
Design dashboards, forms, reports, workflows, and data-heavy screens.
Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers to understand business requirements.
Collaborate with frontend developers during implementation.
Review implemented screens to ensure design quality.
Participate in sprint planning and design reviews.
Work with QA to ensure design consistency.
Product Thinking
Identify usability issues and propose improvements.
Analyze user feedback and product analytics.
Suggest UX improvements based on customer behavior.
Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
3–6 years of UI/UX design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS or enterprise web applications.
