Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee Training, Quality, and Policy (TQP) initiatives for large-scale operations, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and process objectives.
Provide strategic direction and leadership on all quality matters, collaborating with key internal and external partners to define and achieve quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer CxOs, process owners, Genpact operating leaders, and global stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
Mentor and develop team members, building future leaders capable of taking on larger roles within the organization.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis and insights to enhance operational performance and adherence to TQP SLAs.
Monitor and analyze complex operational and quality data (L1/L2/L3), generating actionable insights and storytelling on performance trends.
Partner with business development, solutioning, and sales teams to optimize growth opportunities, commercial strategies, and cost efficiency within TQP operations.
