Job Responsibilities:
Assist in site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits under the supervision of a Senior CRA.
Maintain and update Trial Master Files (TMF) and site documentation to ensure Good Clinical Practice (GCP) compliance.
Verify source data against Case Report Forms (CRFs) for accuracy and completeness.
Track and report adverse events (AEs) and protocol deviations to the project management team.
Communicate with trial site staff, investigators, and ethics committees to resolve queries and ensure strict protocol adherence.
Prepare detailed site visit reports and follow up on outstanding action items.
Qualifications:
Degrees: D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc (Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, or related fields). Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge: Foundational understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial life cycles.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to travel to clinical trial sites as required.
