Role Description:
The Senior Graphic Designer will work full time on-site at the Sumerpur office, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create visual assets that support branding, marketing, and product communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing logos, brand identities, marketing collateral, website graphics, social media creatives, and UI elements aligned with Kalbii Global’s visual standards. The role involves developing and maintaining brand guidelines, selecting and applying appropriate typography, and ensuring consistency across all digital and print materials. The Senior Graphic Designer will participate in conceptualizing campaigns, presenting design options, incorporating feedback, and managing multiple projects from brief to final delivery. This position also includes mentoring junior designers, staying updated on design trends and tools, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the company’s visual communication.
Qualifications:
Strong visual design skills with experience in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
Expertise in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive brand identities and collateral.
Advanced understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, engaging communication.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably in a branding, digital agency, or product-focused environment.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective visual concepts and design systems.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, marketing assets, and digital design projects.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
