Role Description The Store Manager role at Tailoraedge is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, visual merchandising, and inventory management. This role is responsible for leading and coaching the store team to deliver excellent customer service, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor. The Store Manager will monitor sales performance, implement retail loss prevention measures, and use data to drive store profitability. The role also involves handling customer concerns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting marketing or promotional activities within the store.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Effective Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Proven Store Management experience in retail or apparel, including staff supervision and day-to-day operations.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and maintain compliance with store policies.
Experience with basic sales reporting, POS systems, and inventory control tools.
Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru, with flexibility for weekends and peak retail periods.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining high store standards.
Prior experience in fashion or menswear retail is an advantage; a diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

Tailoraedge is a menswear brand. Our first store is opening on Bull Temple Road, near Shell Petrol Pump, Basavanagudi.
We're looking for:
1 — Store Manager
Running the floor day to day: opening and closing, stock, billing, and looking after customers. Retail experience preferred, menswear especially. Full time.
2 — Sales Interns (male and female)
On the floor with customers — helping them find their fit, showing the range, explaining the fabrics. If you're interested in fashion and enjoy talking to people, this is a good place to start. No experience needed, we'll train you.
