About the Role
We are looking for a performance marketer who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, conversions, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams for campaign execution.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in digital advertising platforms.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage advertising budgets effectively.
Good communication and reporting skills.
