Alright TV is a youth-focused digital entertainment platform that creates Gen-Z-first shows, stories and creator-led content. It works closely with creators and talent to build communities around its shows and formats.
The Role:
We're looking for someone who's chronically online (in the best way) — someone who spots trends before they blow up, gets creator culture, and loves building communities from zero to thriving.
You'll work across talent discovery, creator communities, social trends & performance, helping grow the creator ecosystem behind Alright TV's shows.
What You'll Do
Find the next big thing: Scout, shortlist & reach out to creators who fit our shows.
Onboard creators: Take creators from first DM to fully onboarded and make the journey seamless.
Stay ahead of trends: Track what's popping across platforms and turn trends into actionable ideas.
Be the creator go-to: Solve queries, troubleshoot issues & keep the community engaged.
Track the numbers: Monitor creator performance, spot winners & help build reports that drive decisions.
