We're looking for Backend Developers!
Responsibilities:
Architect and implement scalable backend systems using cutting-edge technologies, ensuring robust performance and seamless integration with frontend applications
Lead the design and development of RESTful APIs, focusing on efficiency, security, and ease of consumption by client applications
Spearhead the adoption of microservices architecture, orchestrating the decomposition of monolithic systems into modular, maintainable services
Drive the implementation of cloud-native solutions, leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP to enhance system reliability and scalability
Optimize database management strategies, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration plans to support growing data volumes
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of code quality, best practices, and continuous learning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs
Implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms to ensure system stability and facilitate quick issue resolution
Drive the adoption of test-driven development (TDD) practices, ensuring comprehensive unit and integration testing coverage
Conduct regular code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high standards of code quality and system design
