Role Description The Intermediate Architect will work on-site in Delhi, India in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and delivery of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts and drawings, preparing detailed plans and 3D models, coordinating design documentation, and supporting project execution from concept to completion. The role involves collaborating closely with senior architects, consultants, and contractors, participating in client meetings, and incorporating feedback into design refinements. The Intermediate Architect will assist with material selection, design presentations, and ensuring that projects align with functional requirements, aesthetic goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of drawings and visualizations.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills relevant to architectural workflows, such as proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), 3D modeling, and coordination of digital design files.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including basic scheduling, coordination with consultants and contractors, and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
Relevant qualifications include a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution and registration or eligibility for registration with a recognized architectural body.
Additional beneficial skills include strong design sensibility, attention to detail, familiarity with local codes and regulations, good communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
