Solar PV Installation Trainer
Location: Vasind, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-Time
Are you passionate about renewable energy and skilled in Solar PV Installation? Join our team and help shape the next generation of solar professionals through practical, industry-oriented training.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom & hands-on training on Solar PV Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance
Train candidates on Rooftop, On-grid, Off-grid & Hybrid Solar Systems
Demonstrate installation, wiring, mounting structures, inverter installation & battery integration
Conduct practical sessions following electrical safety standards
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments & training materials
Evaluate trainee performance through theory & practical exams
Maintain solar labs, training kits & equipment
Support workshops, certification programs & curriculum development
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, or related field
Solar PV Installation Certification (Preferred)
2+ years of experience in Solar PV Installation, Commissioning, or Technical Training
Fluent communication skills in English or Marathi.
Must have a personal laptop for conducting PPT-based classroom sessions.
