MIS Executive - Anurag & Ambica
Location: IDA Uppal, Hyderabad (on-site)
Experience: 3–5 years, FMCG mandatory
Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Probation: 3 months, confirmed to permanent based on performance
Reports to: Sales Head / Management

Anurag is a Hyderabad-based pooja samagri manufacturer with 25+ years in camphor, kumkum, cotton wicks and puja oil. Our products move through 400+ retailers across India and we ship to export markets. As the distribution footprint grows, we need someone who can keep the numbers clean and current.
What you'll do
Generate reports using Tally, SAP/ERP software, Advanced Excel and other reporting tools
Pull sales, stock, dispatch and billing data out of Tally and convert it into reports management can act on
Own the daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS — primary and secondary sales, distributor-wise, SKU-wise, region-wise
Track distributor and retailer stock positions, flag slow-moving SKUs, ageing stock and out-of-stock risks before they cost us sales
Maintain dispatch, production and inventory reports in coordination with the plant and warehouse teams
Reconcile schemes, discounts, claims and credit notes with the accounts team, tallying back to entries in Tally
Build and maintain sales team performance trackers — beat coverage, target vs achievement, productivity
Prepare export order tracking and documentation-linked reports
Standardise how data is entered and exported so one number means one thing across the company
Put together management review decks and month-end summaries with actual analysis, not just tables
Required qualifications
3–5 years of experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in the FMCG industry
Strong hands-on Tally — exporting ledgers, stock summaries, item-wise and party-wise sales, and knowing where the data breaks
Strong proficiency in SAP, ERP software and Advanced Microsoft Excel
Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, charts and dashboards, data validation, conditional formatting, advanced formulas and data analysis
Knowledge of sales reporting and FMCG distribution systems — secondary sales, beat plans, primary billing, scheme reconciliation
Strong analytical, reporting and organizational skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities — you'll be chasing data from ASMs, distributors and the plant
Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
Telugu, Hindi and English preferred, given the distributor and retailer network

Prior work in a manufacturing setup, not just a distribution office
