Role Description The Order Fulfillment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position oversees the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order entry, validation, processing, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, tracking shipment status, resolving order discrepancies, and addressing customer inquiries related to fulfillment. The Order Fulfillment Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders to improve processes, maintain service level agreements, and implement best practices in cold chain order handling. Daily responsibilities include performance reporting, issue escalation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Order Management and Order Processing skills to oversee end-to-end fulfillment activities.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and support client needs.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and identify process improvements.
Candidates should ideally have experience in supply chain, logistics, or cold chain operations.
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with ERP or order management systems and basic MS Office tools.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
Candidates should be able to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
