Role Description The Finance Accounting Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The intern will assist with preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting bookkeeping activities, and maintaining accurate accounting records under the supervision of senior team members. Daily tasks include working with accounting software, reconciling accounts, organizing financial data, and helping with basic financial analysis and reporting. The intern will also support audit-related documentation, contribute to process documentation, and collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with relevant standards and internal policies. This role offers practical training, exposure to client work, and opportunities to develop professional skills in a structured, supportive environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge of Finance and the ability to understand and interpret Financial Statements.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and supporting financial decision-making.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Accounting Software and basic accounting principles used in professional environments.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and client interactions.
Candidates should possess attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; knowledge of spreadsheets and basic data analysis is beneficial.
Candidates should possess a willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and work effectively in an on-site team environment.
