We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer with a strong background in Wastewater & Water Treatment Automation (WWTP / STP / WTP) to join our team in Hyderabad! 💧⚡
If you specialize in designing PLC/SCADA systems and optimizing critical water treatment processes—from aeration and chemical dosing to filtration—we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
PLC & SCADA Development: Design, program, and maintain PLC (Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text) and SCADA/HMI systems (WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware).
Process Automation: Automate key operations including pumping stations, aeration systems, clarifiers, filtration units, and chemical dosing.
Instrumentation Integration: Connect and configure field instruments (flow, level, pressure, pH, DO sensors).
System Engineering: Interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control narratives to build robust control logic.
Troubleshooting & Field Commissioning: Diagnose issues in PLC, SCADA, and field instrumentation and handle on-site commissioning activities.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
PLC Hardware/Software: Hands-on experience with Siemens (TIA Portal / Step 7) or Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000 / RSLogix).
Protocols: Proficiency in Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.
Domain Experience: Proven background in Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), or Water Treatment Plants (WTP).
