Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Solution Architect who combines strong solution architecture capabilities with hands-on Odoo development expertise. The role will be responsible for designing the technical architecture of Odoo solutions, developing complex and critical functionalities, establishing development standards, and providing technical leadership to the Odoo development team.
Responsibilities
Owns and define the overall technical architecture of the Odoo platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and maintainable.
Remain hands-on with Odoo development, personally developing complex or critical functionalities using Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework.
Lead the technical implementation of complex Odoo solutions while ensuring development follows defined architectural and coding standards.
Build and grow the internal Odoo development team by participating in technical hiring, evaluating candidates, onboarding new developers, and establishing a high-performing engineering culture.
Define and maintain technical standards for Python/Odoo development, Git, branching, testing, code quality, documentation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Recommend architecture improvements based on business growth and future scalability.
Lead complex Odoo implementations, custom developments, integrations, upgrades, and migrations.
Design and optimize integrations and data.
Provide hands-on technical expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, JavaScript, OWL, Q Web, and the Odoo framework.
Qualifications
Minimum 7-10 years of experience leading technical solution design and architecture decisions for medium to large-scale Odoo implementations, while remaining actively involved in development with proven expertise in Python and the Odoo framework.
Proven experience leading at least 2 large multi country Odoo implementations, migration, integration, or large-scale development projects, with responsibility for both solution architecture and hands-on technical development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical teams, functional consultants, management, and non-technical stakeholders.
Extensive hands-on experience writing Odoo code for implementation, customization, integration, upgrade, and migration projects.
In depth hands-on exposure to major Odoo versions, from Odoo v11 to v19, with expertise in Odoo v17, v18, and v19.
Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, XML, JSON, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, OWL, and QWeb.
Working knowledge of AI capabilities within Odoo, including AI powered productivity features, intelligent automation, knowledge management, document processing, and workflow optimization.
