About the Role
ORNAZ is looking for a confident, polished and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.
As the first point of contact for customers entering the store, you will play an important role in creating a warm, elevated and seamless shopping experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage with walk-in customers in a warm, professional and attentive manner.
* Understand customer preferences, requirements and budgets to recommend suitable jewellery.
* Present and explain ORNAZ’s collections, designs, materials and product details.
* Assist customers throughout their purchase journey and confidently handle sales conversations.
* Build strong relationships with customers and follow up on enquiries and potential sales.
* Maintain a polished and organised appearance of the front-of-store and customer-facing areas.
* Handle customer queries and coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth experience.
* Work towards individual and store-level sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer-facing sales.
* Experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, beauty or premium retail will be an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident, well-groomed and comfortable interacting with customers.
* Strong sales orientation with the ability to build trust and convert enquiries into sales.
* A professional and service-oriented approach.
* Open to candidates of all genders.
